Bought a set for my son and he really seems to like them. My one problem with them is they seem to shut out a bit too much of the external environment. He says it’s hard to us when we call for him, and it’s pretty important to hear what’s going on besides what’s just in the game.

Good headphones! Sound is great, mic is fairly clear but can sometimes be staticy, wireless connection was fast and simple, and the headphones have a good battery life as well.
I’m used to very breathable headphones so these feel a little hot. Overall very nice unit.

Horrible. Wired connection doesn’t work. Doesn’t come with drivers. Sound is kind of “thin”? They feel cheap. Spend your money on a better set.

Do not buy this product. Yes it sounds great but volume is limited to the head set and device. Great sound but not very loud. Within 1 week the audio cords mic attachment broke the buttons did nothing to increase volume or seemed to have no function at all. Store wouldn’t cover warranty and customer support from soundstage does not respond. I have left multiple messages with support on this site.
You cannot replace this cord with another one from amazon.
Blue tooth does not work…or only works with the dongle attachment not by its self.

Used the usb dongle and the mic volume was extremely low even at max volume. So I got an audio splitter cable so I can plug into the pc and it uses the cord mic instead of the headset. (Also why does it have a mic on the cord when the headset has a mic!?!?)
Audio quality is good, not great. The wireless distance is pretty good at least.
Would not recommend for PC usage unless you only want to listen.
